Before renting, it is good to ask the property owner about any special needs you may have. It is wise to ask to send a photograph of the bathrooms, shower, and any wheelchair access ramps. If you intend to do the cooking, ask how wide the kitchen area is and has it been adapted for wheelchair use in any way.
