This 3 bedroom cottage has 2 bunkies convertible rooms. There are 2 queen beds, four twins and additional convertible bed. There is an upper deck with walkout from bunkies, and an upper deck with a walkout from fully functional kitchen. Adjacent dining, with a fire place, vaulted ceilings and fans. Cottage is heated with baseboard heating in the winter.

REMINDER: Smoking is allowed outside only (on decks)!!!!!!



EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This is a very private rental with 100 FOOT FRONTAGE... There is a Canoe and Paddle Boat supplied. 3 decks and privacy help you enjoy great family time in abundant beauty of nature.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Great fishing & swimming, nature trails, boat rentals. Excellent water skiing (rentals avail at marina near by) & great snowmobiling in the winter.

Located on Lake Muskoka, Tylor Island. 93 miles of big lake boating, including Lake Muskoka, Lake Joseph, and Lake Rosseau. Boat rentals are available at a local marina. There is excellent water skiing in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.
