Secluded in the trees the walkway to the dock is private with sunset exposure and the water is good for swimming with the depth approximately 5' at the end of the dock.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Enter this ranch bungalow through the roomy slate floor entrance which opens to a greatroom with soaring ceilings, gas fireplace and beautiful oak floors. Enjoy a quiet read by the fireside or chatting with family as meals are prepared is this state of the art new kitchen. Dinner and seating for 14 is not a problem and from the dining area you can relax in the gorgeous hexigon sunroom or go outside onto the deck and enjoy the sun or hot tub. Every detail has been attended to for your complete enjoyment including all new furniture, 5 bedrooms that can sleep 14, a new media room and games room with fantastic bar. The gym has been designed for a simple workout after all the enjoyable outdoor activities during the day. From the games room or upper deck you can follow the path to the new rooftop deck at the boathouse, enjoy the sunsets fromt he dock or just jump in the water for a cooling swim. There are 5 bedrooms including a lovely master with ensuite which has just been updated to include a rain shower. The main bathroom comes with Jacuzzi and the 3rd bathroom on the lower level has a spacious shower. Enjoy the new recreation room complete with bar, pool table, juke box and gas fireplace. This cottage even has a cute log bunkie for children to enjoy or sleep. Every detail has been looked after to make your stay fun and relaxing.

Gardens surround this lovely summer or winter get-a-way and the pathways lead to a great firepit area for your family to enjoy or follow the path to the rooftop deck at the boathouse to enjoy sunsets or watch family and friends swim from the dock. The grounds are left natural so you feel like you are hidden in the woods but with all the luxuries you could want.

We welcome families and business retreats. Our high season is the last week of June to the long weekend in September. The cottage is available for weekends or weekly rentals in the off season. Pricing is available on our website and covers seasonal rates for weekly, shorter or longer terms.
