The waterfront boasts fantastic swimming and fishing with a floating dock, fixed deck on shore and gazebo for those gorgeous northern sunrises and sunsets. The games room features a ping pong table, pool table and foosball with a sauna down the hall. Enjoy entertaining or relaxing on the wrap-around deck. The spacious main living areas all bask in the sunny southwestern exposure. Sleeps ten.

Fully furnished non-smoking 2100 square foot cottage. Spacious and sunny with panoramic south-facing windows. Well appointed living spaces for your comfort and enjoyment.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The cottage property fronts on Fairholme Lake. As a less populated lake in the area it is quiet and peaceful. Sport fishing species include yellow perch, smallmouth bass, lake whitefish and lake trout. There is a shared boat launch on the lake. The shoreline perimeter is just over 6 km. The waterfront boasts a floating dock and gazebo. The property slopes down toward the lake with beautiful forest and rock outcroppings between the cottage and the lake. Canoe, pedal boat and kayak are included. Large wrap around deck features seating, BBQ.
