Best of the best. Large deck 30 feet from water. Large, new 12 ft wide 44 ft long dock beside sandy beach, parking for large boats. View, fantastic from living room. Flat lawns and rock flower gardens everywhere. Mature trees. Rock point to side of property for privacy and pleasure and good fishing. Close to end of a dead end road, little traffic.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Lots to see in Muskoka. Five kilometers before my cottage is "Red Leaves" a new luxury 5 star Marriott Hotel. They have five restaurants, 13,000 sq ft spa, Nick Faldo world renowned golf course "The Rock". Live theater. Ski lessons or wakeboarding. Twenty minutes to several different golf courses with excellent reputations. There are a few towns about 30 minute drive for shopping and such. Fishing is great, bass, laketrout and muskey very large!
