Stonehaven is your own private resort on the beautiful Trent-Severn Waterway. Stonehaven is only 1.5 hours north of Toronto and represents the finest Muskoka has to offer.

Stonehaven has over 430 feet of waterfront on a small peninsula and has water and docks on two sides. The water is to the south and west which provides maximum sun exposure and beautiful sunsets. Two separate large docks will accomodate numerous boats and even a 40 foot cruiser. Stonehaven is two locks off Georgian Bay and the water and sightseeing is simply phenomenal. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Stonehaven is best described as a luxurious waterfront compound consisting of the following buildings:

1. A truly unique and spacious two storey 2800 square foot 100 year old stone cottage with 5 bedrooms and 2 sunrooms. Depending on your group, the main cottage can sleep 12 - 14.

2. A spacious bunkie with 2 bunkbeds which sleeps 4 in comfort.

3. A beautiful separate and private one bedroom cottage which is fully outfitted, complete with its own decking, dock with covered boatport. With a pull out couch it sleeps 4.

4. A two storey 800 square foot games room with table tennis, foosball, TV and stereo, and additonal sleeping capacity.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The property is beautifully landscaped and treed with northern rock. It is very private and has breathtaking views. There is an interlocking brick walkway which starts at the main docks and links the buildings together. A golf cart is included so you can move your personal belongings from the dock to your accomodations with ease. The property literally has thousands of square feet of exterior decking and docks. The water depth is good from the docks and the swimming is ideal.
